1- To squeeze lemon into warm water as soon as you wake up in the morning and before going to bed in the evening.

2- Never use very low calorie and shock diets.

3- Choose to eat bit by bit and often, never starve. Do not eat a balanced and regular diet, give up the uniform food consumption.

4- Drink plenty of water. Drink 1-2 glasses of water 30 minutes before meals. Do not drink water during meals.
