Ingredients for honey corn recipe
4 corn
6 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 spoonful butter
Half of lemon juice
How to make honeyed corn
Boil the corn and drain the juice.
Mustard, honey, butter and lemon juice in a large bowl. Beat with a mixer until a smooth consistency is achieved. Add the finely chopped mint and mix.
Spread the sauce on the corn with a brush. Cook in a pre-heated 180 degree oven for 8-10 minutes and serve.
