Geleli Kebab

Geleli Kebab Ingredients
4 pieces of eggplant – roasted
750 gr. lamb meat – large cubed chopped
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 onions – large chopped
2 sharp peppers
2 tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
Salt
Black pepper
1 pinch of powdered coriander
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 cup of water
Ingredients for above 1nstrong>
Dried oregano
2 tablespoons butter

Roast eggplants and clean them.
Then chop them into large cubes and spread to the bottom of the bowl you will serve.
Add to your cooking pot and chop the meat which you have chopped big.
Add light water and cover and cook for a few minutes.
Add sunflower oil and stir a few turns. < br /> Chop the onions and peppers in large cubes, add them to your sealed meats.
When the onions leave themselves slightly, the cubes do
Chop the garlic finely and add to your saucepan.
Add salt, pepper and coriander, turn one turn.
Add tomato paste and water, mix and close the lid. br /> Cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
When your meat mortar is cooked, spread over eggplants and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
Melt the butter in a small pan.
Sprinkle the thyme and serve with butter and puddle. EXTRA>
