1 kg boneless lamb 4 tablespoons margarine 3 ready-made yufka 4 onions 1 cup yogurt Salt
Red pepper half bunch of parsley For frying: 1 cup of oil
How to Make Cardak Kebab
Chop the lamb small. Take a pot and add 1 spoon of margarine. Cook it on low heat until it is absorbed.
Chop the onions and add to meat. Add salt and pepper and cook for a further 10 minutes. Drain the oil. Finely chop the parsley. Add meat and mix.
Spread the pastries one by one on flat ground. Divide each into 8 equal pieces by cutting them into wide strips. Place a spoon of meat at the end of each piece and wrap it in the shape of a pastry. Close the tips by slightly wetting.
Fry the oil in a pan by turning the puff pastries. Take the yogurt in a bowl and beat. Melt 3 spoons of margarine in the pan and heat the red pepper. Take the pastries on the serving plates and spread them with yoghurt and oil. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
