How to make bonito meatballs
Clear the acorn. Wash thoroughly and remove to strainer. Peel the onions. Boil 1 whole onion and fish in salted water for 20 minutes. Take the fish strainer and cool. Remove the skin, the black parts and the bones. Take the white meat in a bowl and chew.
